While there is much to still discuss, I have provided the most important starting point. What have you accomplished, what have you changed in your training with this new information? Josh Hanagarne has added 30lbs of lean mass to his frame in 4 months with this. If you’re still on the fence, it’s time to jump

How do you add mass by using this stuff? I've been stopping when I start testing negative on each movement. To add mass, keep going?
Nice post. It does motivate me a whole lot.
Great stuff Adam. Biofeedback is the way to go as I broke my long long time bench PR last night.
Gemini80, while I am not Adam, try to think about what mobility or other movements you can do to get the movement you want to do to test better.
To add mass you need more volume, but never at the expense of QUALITY movement.
Rock on!

Adam I am curious how you train for specific goals using this technique. For example you have said you are working towards a 300lb axle press, what if that movement consistently tests badly, or something like bench press tests much better, what do you do? or have I totally missed something? I look forward to the response as I find biofeedback very interesting. Thanks
Thanks for sharing all the videos on biofeedback. Fascinating stuff, Adam. I'm keen to try it.
What if one of my goals is be able to do more pullups but my biofeedback testing always tells me to avoid them. Is there something I could or should do to make pullups more favorable to my system?
Do you generally work on one exercise per session – the one with the best biofeedback/ROM increase?
Gentlemen, i will address these questions in one post this week, i believe these are good questions
