Above, bending a tough steel spike
This style of bending uses a part of your body as a fulcrum for the bend. Some people bend over the hip, some of the leg, some between the feet. You can generate exceptional amounts of force allowing you to bend things like longer spikes and pieces of steel to wrenches and horseshoes. I enjoy braced bending and i think it may be right up your alley for some fun and variety.
