More PRs,…as expected.

Smooth 307lbs lift on my 1″ V bar, nice PR on the one hand axle lift (kind of a vogue with the grip world right now) and some nice hits on my Axle PP.

Very nice lift Adam!!! Just as I knew you'd be showing on video very soon. Awesome to be going over 300lbs on your 2nd workout! Part of me hates you a little…took me much longer than that, haha.

Yeah, Happy Birthday Adam!!
Just another PR for me today too!! 28,000 pounds in 51 minutes. Most weight ever moved by me in a workout. Double press 28kgs (1,2,3,4,5)x5 alt. with Renegade rows. Front squatted top set. It was furious at 174 lbs. bodyweight!
LOVE bio-feedback so far. I might stop marking these workouts as PR's in my log book, and just assume it from now on.
