Did I start 2010 off with a PR? What the heck do you think?

by adam on January 1, 2010

Naturally! I added 20lbs to my axle deadlift (overhand grip, no hook) in a week. If you need me, i will be out breaking records this year my friends.

nice adam, the bar is a beast i ordered the same one from swager, i knew i was going to like it when i saw it took 2 skinny ups guys to carry, and crying what the hell is this.

Yesterday I got my first perfect strict press with the 48. Meaning, it was pretty this time. Pulled a PR DO on the axle. Lots of bodyweight squatting and some farmer's walks. Heel to toe see-saw pressing with the 16kgs.

Frank

the SSE bar is bad ass. It was hella difficult to get from my back porch to down stairs across town at the gym, and i had a real pain in the ass getting it out of the PVC sleeve it was delivered in.

I love people reaction when they pick it up "Oh God this thing is heavy!"

Much better then the 33lbs IM axle. I believe this Swager bar will not break in my lift time, never bend, never fail.

BioFeedback has worked seamlessly for me since I started testing with it about a month ago. Closed the COC# 2.5 two weeks ago. I will close the #3 this year, bend a Red nail, and Deadlift 450 @ 175lbs. Bodyweight. New Years morning I hit 25,000 pounds moved in 40 minutes at 9:00 a.m. Using Heavy push press ladders, bodyweight pull ups, and 24kg snatches (lots of 'em!).
Thanks Unbreakable, see you at Grip n' Rip!

I'm pretty stoked to see that there are going to be at least several people at relatively the same level of strength at the GnR. I've said it and I'll say it again, it can't come soon enough.

What is most important- There are people who will lave GripNRip on a path to become absolutely incredible.

Tell your friends and family they need to come to. tell your favorite trainer to come.

This is the goodie room, ask and it shall be prvided…

Great work everyone!

Adam, I have a 2 inch swagger bar on my wish list for this Spring and I will make it happen then (running out of space in my kitchen to keep the bars from freezing to my hands when training in the garage in the winter). The guys at Swagger are awesome too.

Nice work to all on biofeedback training!
