Note: The video from this page has been removed, but will be re-posted in a new, better format very shortly
I have posted over 270+ entries in 2009 on this blog, and this series represents the absolute most important piece.
I will go on and say, there is no information on any page anywhere on the Internet which compares to this for YOUR fitness results.
I am showing you how to find YOUR BEST. Not my opinion of your best, not my ideological guess at how you should move, The way to find YOUR BEST.
What are you going to do about that? If you have watched this video, you have some information and something must be done with it. Either you can pretend you didn’t just watch it, or you can go and try it for yourself.
Either way, I will PR again tomorrow when i lift for the first time in 2010. Either way, I will move better tomorrow than i did today.
My question for you, will you PR tomorrow? Will YOU move better tomorrow?
I am The Movement, the question is Are You The Movement?

I will start 2010 with a PR. After I do, I will come back here and post what it is.
I have no doubts. Mark please shoot a video of your exercie selection during your workout so i can share it with the work. Indeed these people have not seen shit until they have seen the awesomeness of The Mark.
Dude you need to get you butt up here to frozen Minot for a weekend of training. You can crash here, hang out with the bull dogs, eat some steak and enjoy the snow drifts.
Adam
Alright, I have been with you on this series the entire time I have watched each video and have tested the idea w/ different movements. My off season comes up in a little over a month, hockey flew by this year, and this is what you make come to my mind.
Your body will tell you a few things while you train w/ a few
different things:
Increased range of motion compared to the baseline means the movement is beneficial, the movement with the largest range of motion increase is the best, the increase of motion is a response to your bodies let say fondness to this movement.
After you have concluded the movement for which you will be using you test a few different styles, then weights to find the optimal form for this movement.
Your weight is then chosen based on your bodies response, the one w/ the greatest range of motion is then again the most beneficial for the day. Reps are based on how many times you can do it with perfect form after any break down or change in the original movement it become less beneficial so you wait for your ROM, which leads to a set by set resting period.
So I know how to find the optimal exercise how many reps it done for… One question which i think I may know the answer to is how many sets and i'm guess that is as long as your rom returns you can do another set?
As for how to set this up, Well I have no idea….
Could you share some idea of what kind of split you would use?
Upper/Lower/Upper/Lower/Upper/Lower/Rest & Repeat?
I'm guessing since the optimal weight is used your body will respond both with the largest increases in strength and muscle mass *If you eating in a caloric excess*
Sorry for the large questions, I have no doubt that this work just some structure to my madness would be wonderful.
Happy new years, happy holidays, Enjoy 2010, etc.
hi adam, been using the biofeedback and i had a question. In all the videos that people have sent you do you find that some people's rom doesn't increase as much as others when they test.I do mine and i don't find as big as jumps in rom as you so. Is this do to not finding the right movement or that just might be the way it is. Do you find that if you hit the right movement that you should increase a great deal or an icrease is an increase.I know everyone is dealing with different things in there bodies. Cant wait for the video.
thanks frank
Some good points and questions here.
Adam, I shot some vids this morning for you. I'll get them edited and to you later today. Jan 15-17 I'm free and could make a trip out if that works with you. We can discuss the details later. Talk with you soon.
Cyne94
that is why i offer a coaching program my good sir.
Frank
give me a call on Sunday, i will share some ideas
Mark
plan on coming out for that weekend.
My parents won't allow me to spend my money in that way, sorry man. I tried last off season, contacted you, tried to talk my parents into but nope :-/.
Will your DVD give more insight into the issue?
I intend to try testing movements at my next workout and I am very excited to see what happens.
I do have a few questions, where did this testing procedure come from? what is the story behind it? how did you discover it/how long have you been using it?
Cyne94
Yes the DVD Gym Movement volume 1 contains audio interviews, and additional footage which answers all of these questions. Additionally my site Unbreakable Strength which launches at the end of the month has many deep applications.

I the DVD we cover the origin of the program. Short answer, it was discovered and pioneered to this use by Frankie Faires. Frankie is in my opinion the most skilled movement coach in America, he teaches no gi ju jitsu in Dallas TX.
I have been using this program for the better part of 2009. If you have followed my progress through my video log you see an unbroken line of PR after PR. In all areas- my bb lifts, KB lifts, grip, steel bending and more. I spent a lot of time working with this before i released information because I wanted to be absolutely positive it was a good thing.
I believe this is the best answer for health and fitness. It is the most ethical and moral answer for programming. It is the most logical answer to the many questions I have had over the years.
We are anticipating our DVD launch in the next two weeks. Marketing software has been the #1 hold up, and our team is working diligently to correct the issues. Unbreakable Strength was delayed due to technical web issues, and most of them have been resolved recently. We are committed to providing the best applications through the most effective delivery systems, unfortunately these systems take some time to stand up.
Good to hear, I look forward to this dvd.
Thank you for your time
I had sort of an epiphany today about the PR-every-workout aspect. I get it now.
David,
amazingly it is SO EASY. I am really excited to work with you in Feb!
Great video, it's all really coming together for me now. Obviously we can check for optimal stance and head position. Good to know that the amount of tension plays a role and higher tension isn't always better. It also occurs to me to perhaps check depth of movement, whether rock bottom or somewhere in between. I suppose if someone really wanted to get into it we could check eye position with a neutral head.
Can't wait for the video but I have plenty to experiment with in the meantime.
Very interesting. Now is this movement that you just tested for the only movement you will train on this day ? If not will the others be just a couple sets ?
PJ, what you will learn is limited by the number and quality of questions you ask. Th creator of the system will tell you in the DVD "In order to find the answer to anything, you have to question everything" So Start off with the baseline of everything you have ever been told, to include everything i have ever said- May be wrong, and you will not know the truth until you find it for yourself. All the gurus are wrong, all the trainers are wrong, all the coaches are wrong– Because they are not YOU. This is the new starting point.
Harlan,
I typically do 3-5 lifts. But i also have days where i train a single lift, other days i may do 15 different things.
