Start here, this is one of the most important things i am going to teach in the next month. More pieces are coming, but you will fail to use them without taking this first step.

This week is a de-load week for me so today I tested:

PU, chin-up, ring pull-up, ring rows, and 32kg KB 1arm rows.

Of all things, I was surprised to see the 1arm rows test signifcantly better than anything else.

On the press side I tested 16kg MP, 16kg BUP, 24kg MP, and 32kg side press.

16kg BUP tested very well, as did 32kg SP. I had a lot of trouble with the 32kg SP (even though I have no problem with barbell, it's a wrist strength weakness) so I switched to 16kg BUP.

This testing shit is hot.

Next thing i am going to do is break you of de-loads. I believe at this point they are not important….I got something much better for you to work with

Adam,

Reading your blog for a while, very excited for this biofeedback info.
However, my primary time for viewing these videos is (ironically) while at work. And YouTube is blocked, so is there any other video host that you have put them on? I saw another of your videos (the double BUP /w 32kg KBs I think) was on Viddler and that worked fine at work. Is there any chance of getting the Biofeedback vids on Viddler as well? Otherwise I'll just have to live with it, as I MUST HAVE THIS INFO.
