Great workouts this week- PRs every day.

Matt hitting some big PRs this week. Want to learn how to PR every time you are in the gym? My clients do, this is routine stuff here. Are you doing as well as you want to be?

I decided to play around with my 56kg bell. KBs are coming back in to rotation for the next quarter. I have some fun stuff i want to do with this freak bell i made as well.

Great work guys. Making those big weights look tiny, which is the goal after all. I'm not seeing daily PR's yet, perhaps I'm not testing enough variables, but I listening to my body every session. I know it's only a matter of time sticking with it.
Thanks again for introducing me to the concept of biofeedback. It takes a lot of guilt out of my training. I know I did exactly the right thing for that day.

Thanks Joel and Harlan

that is where the role of coaching will shift. The role of the trainer will be correct mechanical position and helping to identify movements for specific gym movement goals.

very shortly we will release volume 1, which covers the master plan ofgym movement. The next volumes will address ways to reach specific gym movement goals. While we have not identified the order, i know i will be doing KBs w/Brad, Grip with either Jedd Johnson or Ben Edwads BTW he doesnt know that yet :) and a few others.
