In the above video, Mike speaks on his education. Let me clue you in quickly- Mike started college in 1992. It is a fair to say Mike has dedicated his entire adult life to the science of strength and performance. I recommend paying attention, and remember everything seen on this page demands questioning. Mike T will address your questions regarding health, fitness, and performance. As i have stated many times this year- Mike has helped me extensively in breaking through to new levels of strength. When he speaks, i listen.
PhD candidate Mike T Nelson explains biofeedback in detail.
Here is the most exciting thing. Even though this is complex- the practical application is simple. Range of motion testing reveal best faster then any of the measured tests Mike talks about here. Amazingly, despite many peoples claim to understanding the human body and training- this is very very new to the world. Goes to show what your experts and gurus know.
Gym Movement will be launching very soon. You will be able to order it right here, Road less travelled.

So…..he talks about the forms of biofeedback that we've already known about in sport science for decades…..is there someone explaining why range of motion is a particularly great indicator (and what precisely it is indicating?)
GREAT question Seneca!
I wonder why you haven’t got a reply yet?
Notice in the first paragraph above Adam says everything seen here
DEMANDS questioning. Fair enough. Now, we demand answers. Please
answer Seneca’s question.
Thank you!
Okay, Mike explains some science behind Biofeedback of which
we’ve known for years.
What I was expecting was the science behind ROM as an indicator for testing
rather a movement will be beneficial for a given workout.
At least explain the science behind what you’re selling Adam. Geesh!
It’s also interesting to note that advocates of the Movement are not really
doing Biofeedback. I’ve seen no on yet with any type of monitors attached to
there bodies monitoring anything.
Joe are you claiming i do not do what i advocate? You have an axe to grind with me? Say it
Adam, I’m saying you are not doing biofeedback by definition and according
to Mike Nelson’s explanation. Calling a dog a cat does not make it a cat.
I do not have an axe to grind with you. I’ve done told you this in a previous PM.
I’m questioning the theory behind Gym Movement, that’s all.
What’s weird about that?
Quick question Adam. Real simple. If what you are claiming is science, and you
say it is, please tell me how it can be falsified? Quit saying I said this and I said that
and answer this question.
And you are dead wrong. Frankie has not answered one of my questions I sent him.
You also have your facts mixed up. I haven’t sent Mike any questions. I asked him
if would answer some questions and he explained his very busy schedule and out of respect for his time I did not send him any questions.
I haven’t announced anything special? Okay, I tested for a movement, didn’t test well
and PR’d anyway. In one instance, very substantial. Care to explain what this would mean for your concept? Be careful here.
Obsessed with you? Where did you get that idea. I’ve done nothing but question what
you’re teaching. That’s it! Anything else is in your own mind.

Hi Joe, this is Josh. Why did you think that Adam was impersonating me?
Hi Josh, I didn’t think he was impersonating you. I didn’t realize
that my response to your reply was going to Adam and not you.
The message was from you, not Adam.
As I understand it now, my messages come to you all as a team.
I like this better.
I like it too, Joe. As webmaster, nothing helps more than frequent visitors. I hope you’ll stick around. Thanks for joining the team. Don’t forget to subscribe!
