Here is another video response from Charles and Kris
These are their first few times. In time you will see continued improvement in the questions they ask themselves, and the way the apply this to their training. Other people will try to talk them out of it, or maybe they will try to cause doubts–because they are afraid of what is new. You see here- these men are learning something which no trainer could tell them.
Many trainers read this blog–so ask yourselves: Could you have predicted the best results for Charles and Dave in the first video? You may think you could. The reality is you cannot. We are guessing at best. By guessing, you leave open a wide margin of error. This is stupid, because you no longer have to be wrong. Right here, the answer to the most important question. “Should I do this?”
Continue to debate on forums what is better or worse. Continue to guess, continue to injury yourself, and listen to everyone but yourself.
We are out making progress, not dialogue. We make gains, not small talk. I do things day in and day out that would end your lifting career, and I am unscathed. I listen to no one but myself.

Hi Adam,
I wanted to ask will your DVD contain info for those that are about to learn the movement(like someone starting kettlebells). For example in a KB swing you try different foot positions, hip angle, etc and see which tests the best and you use that to pattern your swing or is does your method assume we already are familiar with the moves we test? Thanks in advance!Greetings from Serbia and keep up the good job!

The first DVD in the series will address gross movement. In future DVDs we will cover particulars on different tools such a KBs, BBs and other lifts/exercises.
It is our opinion that if we teach you the core system you will get the most out of any lift or exercise In fact, i believe you will be much happier with this first DVD than a general KB dvd. Instead of over coaching movement- we open the doors and allow you find the best movement, not do what we tell you to do.
Stay warm out there
Adam
