You saw it from Smitty and Jedd first- a method to train stones in your gym without a stone. Dieselcrew has been and continues to be the leaders in grip and odd objects
A minor modification i recommend- use a lot of 25′s or 35′s to make a longer “stone” instead of just a few 45′s for those of you who are not ready for hundreds of pounds.

I did these in 2000. Be sure the plates stay tight. They will bite if not.
