Adam, do you have any evidence or experience that ROM will decrease or worsen when you should be done? I'm thinking of a biofeedback bear, doing sets of deads until your ROM decreased? Any thought?

You have all the tools to find out for yourself. if i tell you, i would be robbing you of a valuable learning experience.

No one truly knows. If they think they do i can prove they dont. The why is not nearly as important as everyone makes it out to be. For instance, no really knows exactly what is happening to muscle tissue when we exercise. We know the association of what happens afterwards. Cause and effect is worthless and impossible, association is golden and useful.
