Adam, I'm not trying to challenge you, but don't you think that the more stretches you do after testing each implement is loosening up the ROM? I'm curious how often is the first exercise tested the best one?

Test it for yourself. The answer is clearly presented in the video. You need to learn for yourself, or not.

Loving this stuff. I'm finding that sometimes if I test negative all I have to do is reduce the weight and I'm able to continue
