New from Mike T Nelson- understanding tissue turn over

Mike’s recommendations here: More protein, more volume, compressed work. I will add speed and impact. When these factors meet you will see growth. Do not believe it–go test it.

Great video, Mike. I've been doing much of what you suggest with RTK in the last three months. I've been at about 250 grams of protein/day at a bodyweight of 220 at the beginning to 240 today.

My body composition has never been better. I feel like I'm eating non-stop, but I've never been leaner, excessive calories notwithstanding. I'll let you know how it goes now that I'll be testing your recommendations.

Awesome stuff Josh! More exercise and more food = good! This is also based on Dr. John Berardi's G Flux concept too. Awesome work on the progress!

I did something similar in that I gained about 7 lbs of weight and only 1.2 lbs of it was fat over about 8 weeks. The other key for me was trying to keep my outside stress down too.

Rock on!
