Great video, Mike. I've been doing much of what you suggest with RTK in the last three months. I've been at about 250 grams of protein/day at a bodyweight of 220 at the beginning to 240 today.
My body composition has never been better. I feel like I'm eating non-stop, but I've never been leaner, excessive calories notwithstanding. I'll let you know how it goes now that I'll be testing your recommendations.
Awesome stuff Josh! More exercise and more food = good! This is also based on Dr. John Berardi's G Flux concept too. Awesome work on the progress!
I did something similar in that I gained about 7 lbs of weight and only 1.2 lbs of it was fat over about 8 weeks. The other key for me was trying to keep my outside stress down too.
Rock on!
