Bring a friend for a discount, and make the best gains ever in 2010.
Every attendee will know 4 things before they leave the gym on the 6th of Feb
#1- a map for movement success, rapid fat loss and muscle gain
#2- clean form for all major lifts and support lifts, and a firm understanding of how and when to change or modify these drills for maximum results
#3- a detailed understanding of programming, built to you for your goals
#4- A support network of like minded people to make 2010 the best yet

Wow Adam! Bio-feedback looks like an amazing technique. Using the vertical jump test to gauge lower-body power output during a training session must be based on the same principles.
In the video, you mention advanced lifters using bio-feedback to customize their training programs. But what if I'm not an advanced lifter?
Should beginners/intermediates stick with training templates? Or is bio-feedback a reliable tool for most people, regardless of training experience?
YOou should follow your body, i will be posting more and more information. Make no mistake the only thing you should follow is your own feedback.
sounds like this is the demystified stuff you’ve been looking for Adam for fast simple assessments that anyone can do.ya?
Isn’t this what we all want? solid concept with direct application and predictable results. How could i not like it?
