Nothing is impossible if you’re willing to pay the price for it. I started pinkie lifting in July this year, and the first time i pulled 75lbs i thought “man that is really painful!” Now most of my work sets are 175-190 for multiple reps, and my max is in the mid 200lbs range. Do not accept limits, do not listen to anyone else, follow your own bio-feedback. Work within your limits to expand your limits.
