Tomorrow night grip master John Brookfield will be doing a telephone interview with Geoff Neupert, and you can send in questions to Geoff to ask. This is something i am encouraging everyone to listen in on. John is easily the strongest of all strongman and he continues to set records so far ahead of everyone else, its like the man is from another planet. log on to Kettlebell Secrets to register for the call.
John was on the first people to talk about kettlebells in his training- Look back to articles and books from the early 90′s of John explaining the benefits of KB training. John has been the leader in grip strength for years and years and still to this day no other strongman can replicate his feats of strength and super human endurance. He has been an inspiration to me since i was young to train harder and get better.
Here is John tearing 100 decks of cards in 2 minutes and 10 seconds. Amazing!
Here is John performing his trademark “Tower of Terror” lift with a 52kg bell. Note the absolute ease and control he has over that bell– 112lbs. Despite many peoples claims of being “masters of kettlebell lifting” there has been no one in the world who has replicated the ease John handles these monster bells in such awkward positions. John has snatched a 24kg bell 1,200 times in one hour, coiled a 1/4 mile of steel, and ebtn over 500 60D nails under 2 1/2 hours. These are just a few examples of why i am comfortable saying John is infact one of the strongest best conditioned men on the planet. And he continues to improve. Log on and get in on this call.

The first grip training I did was after reading The Mastery of Hand Strength. John is from another planet. To be that strong and have that kind of endurance is amazing !
