Back to my favorite- the grind block. The lovely combo of double snatching+Press+Squatting and finishing it all with deadlifts. This next two weeks my goal is a strict single wih 44kg+44kg Sn+Pr, ladders with the 40kgs for 5 and deadlifting the 48′s for 3 sets of 25. It will be a great week!!!
