Force Generation, absorption, and redirection- This is what you learn to do with the long cycle clean and jerk (LCCJ or LC)
If you have not dabbled with it, i recommend looking in to its application in your strength and conditioning program.
It is easily the most physically challenging drill of all kettle bell movements IMO. There are drills that are technically demanding- such as the pistol and bent press. There are drills which smoke you- Snatch, Swing, drills which make you strong- Squats, presses- And then there is the LC which truly pulls all three areas in to brutal package. Technically demanding, physically exhausting, it punishes all parts of the body. If you only wanted to do one kettlebell drill- this is the one i would recommend.
I still have many things to learn about the LC, and i will continue to study it.
