Long cycle volume with the 40′s and 36′s is picking up sharply. I have been breaking in my 44kg bells and 48k bells with this as well. My plan for grip additions to RTK is working better then i first planned and i am very pleased with that. Monday is week IV and marks the return to the grind block.
In RTK Pavel wrote a story about a man who sails from Russia to America several times- it puzzles the customs officials. They ask him- Which do like more, America or Russia? The man replies “Neither! I like the boat trip!”
