Form Check, comment on this hanging V raise technique

Its looks good Adam. When I do hanging leg raises I attempt to keep the back as vertical as possible at the top of the movement. Makes the move harder.

I'd also recommend a setup where you can hang fully extended. Just makes the move feel better.

Logan great advice. I find my hamstring flexibility is the hardest challenge with this drill, even with all the stretching, Z health, FMS, and other stuff my hammies are TIGHT. Cost of all the forward flexion work i suppose…
