Almost done, i return home next week. I have a lot of work to catch up on when i do! BB jerks are really great, 10 sets of 3-4 reps with 225 is easier and easier every workout. Before December i will be repping out 275 no problems.

Wasn't it just last month that I asked if you had tried a 35 and a 25 pinching them ???? And you had the 25 set up and had a hard time with ???? Now you toyed with 2 35's !!!! Awesome work dude !
