I first met Adam in person in August 2008. Since then he has been a student as much as a teacher which is why he is progressing in his own training so quickly. As an instructor, Adam will do the following for you…
1 simplify concepts to your learning ability
2 sequence progressions exactly as YOU need them for YOUR body
3 get you strong, as long as you do what EXACTLY what he says
4 get you RESULTS!
5 at some point probably freak you out with a feat of strength that you can’t really even comprehend…and that’s OK because he does this to everyone.
Do yourself a favor and enroll in training with Adam!

I can’t say enough great things about Adam. I first met him when he did a strongman show on New Year’s 2009 and was so impressed with his strength that I joined his gym. He’s an awesome coach, motivator, mentor, and friend. He is great about quickly diagnosing problems and developing drills to focus on fixing those problems. It’s easy to see that he truly loves helping people exceed their fitness goals. In two months working out with Adam my 5:00 snatch test (24kg) numbers went from 86 to 138! In that same period of time I went from not snatching the 32kg bell at all to snatching it 84 times in 5:00! Adam inspired me to enter the TSC and I wound up placing 4/88 in the snatch event with 131 snatches. If you want results fast, look no farther than Adam Glass!

If you’re still reading reviews and get to mine, you already know Adam is strong, can bend things, can rip things, can teach and is very accomplished, but is still learning and getting better.
So what can I add? He will help you reach your goals, not his. This may seem insignificant to some, but it makes all the difference in a top rate trainer. Adam put together a plan for me based on my goals. He has generously answered all my questions and continues to do so. Another thing that stands out for me is his ability to communicate very clearly. You have to understand what you’re being asked to do.
I met Adam at the first Grip&Rip that he and Brad Nelson(another exceptional trainer) put together. Obviously, there was a lot of useful strength and fitness information imparted. I really liked that Adam was focused, attentive to our questions, and was just a really nice guy(who makes chains explode and destroys horse shoes).
OK, I have one negative. He showed me how to bend nails(that’s a lie, a single nail). Since then I have become addicted. So much so that I keep a sledge hammer in my family room to work my wrists and forearms. I’ll probably have to live with this affliction the rest of my life. Thanks a lot Adam! If you’re lucky enough to live where his gym is, sign up and change your life for the better. If not, get to a seminar of his. And for everybody else, follow his blog and videos for great info and entertainment. One last thing – Adam’s in the Armed Forces and he has my respect and gratitude for that.

adam, you are the man that will take me to the next level and beyond, and all i have to do is exactly what you tell me. i am just glad i made the cut and am on board with you. to me it is simple, i want the kind of strength and motivation you have inside and outside the gym. i want gains and i want to learn from the best so when i saw your page offer online training, excited was not the word. i was fortunate enough to talk to adam on the phone for 30 minutes, and in that 30 minutes i learn more about training than i had in years. the other thing i learned in that brief conversation is a lesson in life. i knew this kid was a bad ass, physically that is obvious but mentally, he might be stronger adam clocks in 60 hours plus a week in the military writes books, runs a gym, and never misses a workout, and the list goes on . Then i thought there is only 24 hours in a day, yet any email i have ever sent him was answered in minutes. for all adam new i could have been one of those email jokers who ask questions to see if they already new the answers, and say they were just checking but no, my man gave me advice on any questions i ask him. so guess what i listened and i took his advice and i am getting strong. so i am one of the fortunate people to say adam glass is my trainer, and adam glass help build and shape my future, and when the time is right and adam and i decide it is right i will show you some proof of my progress, so i still have quite a few problems in life but figuring out how to get stronger and who to listen to is not one of them. adam i am just glad you started training people, and i am one of them because i am taking the guess work out of my training, and setting goals and letting you give me the blueprint to get them. because you have already got them, it is really easy if you want to put in the work and throw out the excuses adam is your man, but if you are looking for a soft spot to train, look somewhere else and stop asking him question, he might be busy writing out my next workout. so i invite anyone who wants to watch me and adam make some serious progress, check out the blog adam set up for me, it is Mcsheetraininglog.blogspot.com
As a recovering drug addict and a person who’s been in drug rehab, these exercises are awesome.
