Steel bending (BIEW+Horse shoes and reverse practice)
Some mild card tearing, seen above
Lots of pinch work- Hubs, plates, SSE PGP, and plate curls
GS Snatches- one 8 minute set, one 6 minute set
Plus some grippers and pull ups

nice video, great card tearing that is awsome, pinch gripping looks great and the horse bend is a thing of beauty great workout.
Adam, You manhandled those 35s-two 45s pinch will happen sooner than you think, no doubt.
