great work adam each rep looks better than the next and the last looks as good as the first. What impress me the most is your time under tension and how you continue to remain that strong for that long. will doing get ups for extended periods of time help build that kind of strength, great stuff adam.
Adam, Your snatches are coming along great. You loose your double knee dip at around the 2:30 mark, it returns at the 4:00 minute mark with the hand switch, and then you loose it again at the 6:30 mark. Once you loose your double dip you begin to muscle the bell up with your upper body. Loosing the second dip will cause more problems as the weight of the bells increase. Keep up the strong work.

Very impressed with how quickly you have been able to excel with the GS style. Have you experimented with jerks at all?
Still needs a lot of work, but this is only week #6 with GS…more to come.
