adam by the way you did a great job on the swagger strength interview on thursday night thanks for sharing alot of great training tips, nice job
Adam,I took a little time to take snapshots of your video and lay them out. I think, if you look close, you can see two things here:1) the bell is swinging back higher than your hand2) at the top, after you fatigue, you are punching later and the bell is flopping a bit thereI don’t know if those are things to worry about necessarily, but they are things I seem to share as well.http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a178/johnnymnemonic/snatchleft446.jpghttp://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a178/johnnymnemonic/snatchleft447.jpg
