I mistakenly cut the top of the video off with bad positioning, but it is clear what i am doing with the set. I have really made a lot of progress in the last 6 weeks of this in learning the skill and relaxing through the set.
Reps were 62 Right/54 Left. The left side gets tired, REALLY tired the last minute.

Looks pretty good to me Adam.
I noticed that, at times, the bell seems to continue upward at the end of your backswing and then jerk your arm a little as it comes forward. Might be something to work on.
