looks really smooth, very impressive at no point does it look like you are struggling to handle the weight or the amount of time you are holding the weight can you offer any insight as to how to become that strong and smooth with a kettlebell . i just got enter the kettlebell from pavel so i am learning the right way, but what you are doing is very impressive great work.

I would like you to progress faster than I, so here what i recommend.
#1- Get a Gym Boss timer. I waited for a while, and when i finally got it i found out i have a powerful love/hate relationship to it.
#2- What ever drill it is- learn to do it correctly with a light weight. Pride and Ego have no place in kettlebell lifting.
#3 for Pavels Enter the Kettlebell- Do the program exactly as written. get ups and swings first for a while while “practicing” the Clean, Press, and Snatch.
#4 Work on improving your swing volume. Keep all your focus on the swing for the next 2 months.
IN 60 days i will share more.
I highly encourage you to take part in the Swagger strength interview, I think the more people asking questions-the better the conversation gets.

Looks really smooth Adam! Your partner’s reps are rocking his left arm pretty good especially towards the end.

Looks great Adam! If I can offer 1 tip and its small – you have a little wobble in the bell in the backswing. try to keep the thumb leading through the legs. Nothing major, youre doing great.
