The Tactical Strength Challenge. This is international. I will be at Kinetic Edge Performance in Woodsbury MN with SRKC Brad Nelson. If your with in 100 miles i think you need to be as well! Its free for competitors and after the TSC there will be a 2 hour workshop on you can improve your numbers for the next international event in Sept 2009.

Back by Demand–Grip n Rip 2.0. Senior Russian Kettlebell Instructor and Level IV Z health coach Brad Nelson. Seven hours of instruction, your brain will hurt for days just trying to pull it all in. Afterwards i will performing a demonstration and will make some time for a few individuals to get some one on one training in the old time science of strength.

North Dakota Leadership conference. I will be out to speak with the leaders of tomorrow in Bismarck, as well as perform. I have some wild feats in mind.

ND State Fair, I will be out in full force. I will have a challenge booth with prizes.
