Awesome Grip workout tonight! 350 finger lift, 440lbs one hand deadlift

by adam on March 26, 2009

Awesome lifting tonight. I did a lot of Monster Mash Sets, finishing with a few #3 closes on my older wide set #3.

Plate curls were strong

Finger lifts were great, 325 felt good, 350 hurt but its all good.

One hand deadlifting is getting better. I am still no where near my max with this pull. 440 felt solid.

Not shown– Hammer lifting, hub practice, snatching

Awesome workout dude. Those one hand deads and those finger lifts where sick ! I thought you said you sucked on grippers ……………. not much sucking going on there !

I still think i suck with them, because I know that the set business is a lot of technique–So i must learn the groove for them. And than i will be ok.

The finger lifts– Not much ROM that time, but if you compare the 280lbs pull from this video to a month ago–you will notice the ROM difference. I see a couple of people didnt approve of the lift or what ever, in one month there will be a 8″ rise on 350, i’ll bet on it :)

Adam, where’s that Sweet Surrender I requested? I don’t recall anyone posting that they beat me in the farmer’s walk!

I am disappointed to see how few people are taking part in those challenges. I will continue to post them.

I will post my farmers walk video this monday with my 120′s. There shall be no Sarah this month :)
