Nice work! I think I’ll actually get off my duff now and go train – thanks for the kick in the pants.
great video adam, extremely helpful to someone like me that is somewhat new to kb training. To me it seems your snatch is very consistent, your first snatch looks just as good as your last ,very strong, very smooth and you have a great tempo thanks for this video it really helps me and great job with those snatches.
how do you work on getting your arm to go behind your ear, when the kb is overhead? I have so much trouble with that it just doesn’t seem to want to go back.

take time and work on turkish get ups and over head lock out walks (simply elevate the bell and walk about)
Your triceps or upper back may be very tight, it just takes time.

Thanks again. i will say that all schools of KB training will agree that consistancy with your form is very important. When you get consistant, you are able to better gauge progress. So that is a big goal of mine as i chase bigger timed sets–every rep looking and feeling the same. A new challege and fun (painful too) one
i was wondering what do you do to stay healthy.Do you stretch, foam roll, joint mobility etc. It seems like you stay prety healthy and pain free by the looks of the weight you use and the hard workouts you do.
