A good day in the gym. Warmed up with cards. Than did finger lifts up to this 280lbs pull.
Afterwards i did snatches with my 32kg for 3:00/2:40. My left dropped at the end of the set but the reps look good. I waited 5 minutes than did a snatch set with my 16kg for 5:00/5:00 which was not bad at all.
Than was gripbell curls, plate curls, and rolling thunder pulls. The 180 felt great, the 200 felt good, even though i clearly miss the full lift. I have pulled 200 fresh, but never this tired, so i count this as progress.

Incredible lifting Adam – your finger lift numbers are flying up!
great stuff adam very impressive. Adam i have a question about the finger lift set up that you are using and how to set the chain up. Also do you just use your middle finger or do you rotate through all your fingers, any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated i would like to learn this lift, thanks so much for your hardwork adam it really helps me.

Max- I own a comp 16 and 24. My 32 is from Australia and has a wider handle which i like.
