Todays stuff
Warmed up with an extremely tough 36″X1″X1/2″ bar bend. I know a lot of you don’t do anything like this, it is a thick, short bar. Very difficult. Shouldn’t have used it first
Afterwards i tore up some cards, nothing fancy.
Snatches
32kg 2:30/2:15. Left arm got very shaky the last 15 seconds and failed on me.
I waited 10 minutes, than snatched a 16kg bell for 4:00/4:00 which felt very good.
Thanks to those who are pushing me on to better technique here.
I than did a one arm set of jerks with a 24kg bell for 3:00/3:00. The two arm jerk is bothering my left shoulder, but one arm is ok. I have found a decent rest position for one side. My legs are not getting too tired, but the hand does cramp much in the bottom position. I am sorting out the grip with it.
