Work out was card tearing, finger lifts .Finger lifts where hard today- 135, 160, 180. Both fingers hurt today so i didnt push it. I pulled with both the ring and the chain alternating hands. GS lifts Snatching a 16kg bell- 3:00/3:00 on film to be posted. After a 10 minute break I did a set of 32kg for 2:00/2:00. Both sets felt pretty decent. I am sore as all heck from moving all the floor mats yesterday.
