Monster of Grip Jedd Johnson and I will be constructing a new blog which will feature interviews and videos to help YOU get stronger and better with your training.

The International Tactical Strength Challenge is the 4th of April 2009. Unbreakable Fitness will host a TSC on the 28th of March 09 (rules allow competition up to 2 weeks early) to allow Minot to step up to the World plate. I will be in the Twin Cities for the TSC on the 4th. Afterwards Brad Nelson and I will have a workshop covering exactly what you need to do to improve your TSC number for the September event.

I want you to think about this–You JUST maxed out your DL, Snatch, and Pull Ups. We will be right there to square you away for your best performance ever in September. Contact Brad for details on the TSC happening at his building at 651-330-9319.

Grip and Rip 2.0 is a go. The 5th of April 2009 at Kinetic Edge Performance in Woodsbury MN.

I will be performing at several events through out the Great Plains this summer, details will posted as we get sooner to the events.

Want me to come to your neck of the woods for a show? Have a group of people you need inspired and motivated? Have me out, send me an email at Adamtglass@yahoo.com and we can get the ball rolling.

Everyone reading this: Sign up for Grip-n-Rip (even if you don’t want to bend or tear anything.) This seminar marked a turning point in my training. In three short weeks since I attended Grip-n-Rip, I’ve increased my strength tremendously. Example: The day of GnR, I did one bent press with a 24 kg bell on my right side. Today, I did 6 on my right and three on my left.

If you’re looking to take your training to the next level, whatever that may be, make it a priority to get yourself to St. Paul in April to start a new chapter in your training journey.
