Oh yeah! Grip-n-Rip! Nice focus. It’s been fun watching you tear through your goals over the past few weeks. I find a lot of inspiration in watching you hit those goals. It helps me focus. Thanks Adam!

very impressive adam. Its like you just snapp those cards in half. I have a question are you using the same methods you wrote about in your article, quartering a deck of bikes. No matter how big the deck is, you are still splitting it with the thumb and index finger. Also is it just strength, time, and practice, and pain tolerance before you can go from 30 cards to 40 cards to a full deck. You have some built up some world class strength in your hands and wrist. I am trying to do the same, thanks for all your articles and video’s they are really helpful to me.

That still amazes me how easy you go through those. I can’t seem to get a good start.I am bowing right now !

Amy Thanks a bunch! Bigger things are moving for me, and its because of the support of great people like you

McShee, it is the same technique, the only change is that is it a bigger pinch to deal with. ripping, quartering, big deck, little deck, always the same to build consistant power

Harlan-time my friend. Thats all you need.
