by adam on February 3, 2009

next big thing on the scope-knocking out the bottoms up press with my 56kg bell (124lbs) I have several progressions in mind to make this happen NLT 1 July 09.

I have no doubts whatsoever.

Question : are you using a loadable bell in training for this? Or is there a bell between the 48kg and 56kg ones?

I have no doubt that you will do this. Knock it out !

I have a few ideas to bridge the gap. If i can find a 52kg bell that would be great, but i do not know any stateside company that offers it.

Your amazing strength is a testament to persistent hard work over time. I started doing bottoms up work because of your videos and love the extra dimension it adds to kettlebell training. Thank you.
