48kg Kettlebell Bottoms Up Press

by adam on January 31, 2009

I am 215lbs, which makes me the lightest weight man to do this (to my knowledge)

I have chased this for a long time. I never quit, i never slowed down. On to 60kg…

Great work Adam. I love the 44 kg. literally right out of the box, and the reaction after pressing the 48 kg. I did that exact same thing… but my reaction was after I got my new DVD burner working. Same principle.

Adam, awesome work bro.!What kind of weight can you get with the left arm?I am usually 5-10 lbs off on my less dominant side.I just wonder if it is from all the scar tissue I have built up on that side.

I let out a little Hell yeah in my office just now! The look on your face says it all. Now I can’t wait to get to my training this afternoon. Thanks for the inspiration on a Monday morning!
