Adam, Do you ever have pain or more like a real bad ache on the inside of your forearm after bending. I am reality new at bending but it aches to the point I can’t hardly train at all. I can’t hardly even set my gripper.
Well, I’m not Adam and you didn’t ask me, but I know all too well the pain you describe. It’s tendonitis my friend. I went full bore into braced bends like shoes and spikes, setting PR after PR and I ended up giving myself a terrible case of tendonitis. It will go away in a few weeks, less time if it isn’t too bad. I could hardly do anything when I had it that bad, grippers, pinch, bending especially, only made it worse and hurt in a bad way. Just rest, you’ll come back stronger.
