Hey Adam. Been following your blog for a few weeks now. I just Spoke with Brad Nelson and sign up for the grip and rip. I look forward to working with the 2 of you. I have done bench comps and done strongman. I am 50 and weigh 320 ! Yea I know . I am certified on the #3 gripper and have got into bending . I got a 60d last week for the first time. Tearing cards really pisses me off !!!! I suck at it ! ha ha Just wanted to give you a bit of background on myself. Have been playing with kettlebells for about 4 months. I have a 52lb. I have used a 70. Look forward to meeting both of you . Keep up the inspirational videos !

I think you will enjoy yourself. The Z health Brad teaches is incredible. As a career lifter, i am sure you have some aches and pains, and without a doubt Z can make a huge impact.

I will show you some drills that will make a huge impact in your nail bending and kettlebell lifting.

Hi Adam,
Is the class open to complete newbies? I have been watching your blog for awhile and just picked up a kettlebell a week ago. The bending is very interesting the problem is I am a cyclist and not a big guy, 160lbs at 6ft. My training has been mainly lower body stuff and lots of ridding…

Yes it is, the first we are covering that day is the primary drills for strength training as a touch up-for you it may be the best option because your going to learn things the right way the first time.
I am covering a lot of KB drills that you do not learn from Books, so it gives you a first hand lesson on the correct technique right out the gate.
