Adam,I love this move.I like to do shrugs when I can’t pull the bell full range any longer.This was described in the kelso shrug book.I also like to adjust the angle of the bench to work the back muscles different each time.Sometime I will just lean on the front of the bench with my hand and push the working leg back.It really opens you up to get a good range of motion.Above 165-170 I am trying some gripp assistance.I am not sure if I like it at this point.
