Adam,it doesn’t look that bad to me.I have some issues on my left side also.I start with a light weight with higher reps so the weak side can relearn the full movement.once I get to the heavier sets if I did five reps on the strong side and only 3 reps on the weak side I set the bell down for a couple of seconds and than go for the last two reps or even more.I also like doing reverse grip band pull downs or lat machine pulldowns for this.I find pull overs help also.If I can suggest anything else let me know.
