Great vid as always, Adam! The suit case DL was very strong! Great soundtrack too! I think I’ve listened to the album 10x already!
Thanks a ton for the Reverse Grip bending video. I just got back into bending and it seems to be my strongest style. Great info!

Adam, awesome!You make that chain breaking look way too easy.The suit case dead is looking real good also.I like doing them also right after shrug bar dead partials.Have you tried the 45lb plate curl yet?Keep up the great work brother.
