Hey I am only about 160lb’s I am skinny and lean but I think that I have a decent amount of strength for my size. Do you think it is possible for someone my size to be able to bend nails and tear cards?

The Fatalist

Yes and No

Yes, if you willing to pay the price, walk the path, never give up on yourself, and learn the people who can do it.

No, because to many people these kinds of things are “impossible” and if you think it cannot be done, it cannot. If you think it can be done, than so it shall be.

If you want to learn, and your serious, than go to the Grand Master

fatalist,
I’m 145# and skinny and have bent horseshoes and a blue nail and I don’t train that hard. If you decide you want to do it and put in your time, it can be done. You are definitely on the right page, Adam is full of great information.

P.J.-You should train harder! ;)

Seriously, strength is a skil and skill must be cultivated. Adam, PJ, myself or even Dennis Rogers weren’t born doing feats of strength.

To be super strong is NOT a natural thing. You have to earn it. You can earn it. And it is worth it.

Thanks guys I appreciate it. I believe that I can and I usually get obsessed with a certain physical feat and put all my time into it. That is what I did to master the pistol squat before I screwed my knee up
