Lots of reps with the hip belt squat. I ramped up the last set off the floor with some bigger weights. The groove is different then a BB squat, more like a “sissy” squat. I like it.

The overhead squat sets today felt really good. The left side was not bad and there was no discomfort or big drop in strength from side to side.
