After this stuff, it was off to press ladders and a grip medley…

Thank you for taking time to offer the encouragement! I appreciate it a lot.

From what I can glimpse in the two second intervals your videos are allowing me to watch (I’m not sure why, but the videos keep freezing after 2 seconds of play), that’s some incredibly impressive stuff. How long have you been training using these methods?

Laura

I have been lifting for over 10 years. i started grip training and kettlebells in 2005. In Jan 2007 i started steel bending, and from there i have been adding new stuff every month-Card tearing, phone book ripping, breaking chains, bending horse shoes, lifting weird stuff like anvils and barrels, all kinds of stuff.

I began my shows in Feb of this year, and it is turning in to a great source of income. By 2010 Strongman entertainment will be my primary income. For me, nothing is better than having the complete attention of 500 people as i do something they consider “impossible”

Ripping the deck of cards and phonebooks, and the bending of nails/rods reminds me of Brett Jones and David Whitley in particular of the RKC.

I was able to watch some of your videos after all, and again, really impressive.

What aspect of doing the “impossible” for an audience most appeals to you? The sense of awe that’s received, or showing people that is it possible to push the preconceived boundaries? It might be something else, too.
