Here are the highlights from todays workout. Plate curls are getting stronger. My neck work is improving every week. I will break the 200lbs ceiling in the get up when this left arm is healed and i can put some real force through the shoulder.

Yes my chiro has been breaking me hard on it. I have a lot of the ROM and Strength returnin on the left side. For now i simply do extended get ups with a light KB to flush it with blood and get a solid stretch

I tell you what Adam, that TGUP was impressive, but the way you just destroyed those Bikes just baffles me.

I was suprised because when i filmed it yesterday the deck popped right out of my hands as i tore them.
I see all these guys Twisting dollar store decks, but hand them bikes and ask them to rip them and they fail.
It really gets down to a critical difference. I am not a “gripguy” i am a strongman. I see a lot of little clowns use some slanderous terms towards real strongmen because they think Grip is the same. It is not. As you begun your own journey, i want you to remember what i told you and consider this part of that conversation.
