Than add in all the BU KB work, DL’s, steel bends, ect. The forearm recoevers quickly, and once the tendons develope they can withstand a LOT of punishment.
Awesome. Thanks for the advice. Grip has always been a weakness of mine. But after studying with Brett Jones I am starting to see how alot of upper body weakness is due to frank muscle weakness. I’m just weak in my hands, period. No excuses…I have not done consistent grip work to ever really see the difference, but your blog is motivating to get off my ass.
I have been using the Captain of Crush grippers (T) for a couple of weeks now (daily GTG) and it seems to have helped. I just closed the #1 gripper on my left side for the first time. PR! Right side is no problem.
I will keep you posted on my progress! I guess adding some additional wrist/hand exercises wouldn’t be a bad idea either!!!

Very creative Adam. Never tried those curls…or even thought about doing them.
I will try them next week.
How often do you do direct wrist/grip work?
Franz
I do specific wrist work 4 days a week.
