David Whitley on the other hand, cleans house with a tremendous amount of 32kg snatches-David is well ahead of the crowd for the mens division

Shane, I need to make sure my sore shoulder does not get worse. I keep telling myself it is a long race!!! Believe me, I don’t want to rest, I have to rest. I’ll try again on Sunday – don’t go to far – your on 10 straight days yourself, take a day off
Over the last week I’ve made it to.348 points. I’ve been working presses so I’ve had to be carfull not to overtrain the shoulders.
I just realized that i worded my notes wrong on the other sites about my snatch workouts. I had down 5L & 5R per 1-1/2 min for 20 min and it should have read per 20 sets. It started out as minutes for the first couple of days but the Gym Boss timer made it easy to adjust and i just kept on cutting and pasting it as minutes. Sorry for the confusion

No rest . Over 10 days have dropped some fat, added some muscle and have never felt better. Love this race. Adam, glad you put this challenge out, was getting a little stale.
