Smitty does not rest much. Once he makes something, he really goes 100% on it. Since its intial release several weeks ago, Smitty has added more and more to the Combat Core program, as he did with his MMA manual and the extensive Chaos training manuals.
If you have not checked this out-Get on it today. I have been training with the CC protocals for three weeks, and it is a great program. This is not a normal core program-It is innovative and extremely effective.
