80 snatches for me, hands are feeling it from four straight days. After that i juggled my 24kg, and did some pinch work.

- Double Snatches count, simply double the points
- Make sure your not over pushing your shoulders

This is my first day keeping track. I don’t plan to win, but I will keep track anyways. today, with the 32 kg bell, I did five sets of 5/5. A total of 50 snatches, and 100 pts.
started today and did work with all 3 bells to total 70 points.

today:
20sets of 36:36, 22reps/set @12kg, 440 – 440pts

My own preference, I’m not going to count the double snatches. 32kg double is not a down swing version, rack them to prevent busted knees. Just my rule.
I’m jumping in here as I have just found someone with whom I am truly competitive with .. namely myself.

24 kg 2 x 5/5/5/5 = 40 pts
24 kg 2 x 5/5 = 20 pts
Dbl 16kg 1 x 10 = 10 pts
32 kg 1 x 3r = 6 pts
Total = 116 pts

running total: 550.
I am in the dust here nubmers wise with all you mutants actually RACING this thing but it’s fine. I’m sticking to my program and I’ll probably be 55 when I finish but I’ll finish,lol!Its like an ultramarathon to me.
